Beware of the sheep in wolf’s clothing.

Here is the latest piece of scam that has dropped into my inbox.

Amazing 3D software, normally 400 grillion dollars but if you buy right now you can get it for only twentyseven anna half pee. Ooooooh lucky meeeee, what a bargain!

DON’T be fooled. As the old saying goes, if it looks too good to be true….. it generally is. And in this case what you’re getting is a piece of outdated, open source software that is normally available to anyone, free of charge.

The offending piece of detritus in this case is Illusion Mage 3d modelling software. Don’t even think of clicking on the buy now, (bye bye beer tokens). It is essentially, 3D Blender that has been ripped off and re-badged. Read the info here.

There are scams like this all over the internet. Before clicking on anything, DO YOUR RESEARCH or contact me for a chat and I will advise you.

If you are a budding Walt Disney or Hollywood mogul and would like to climb into the murky depths of 3D modelling and animation then I can highly recommend 3D Blender. Support the contributors by downloading the official software here.
